Rhythm & Alps Street Team

Wanaka / Queenstown | Late December

This isn’t a normal promo job.

We’re looking for outgoing, social people to join the Rhythm & Alps Street Team. You’ll be part of the festival’s on-the-ground presence in the lead-up to the event, helping build hype, create content and bring the energy before the gates even open.

If you love festivals, people, music, and being where things are happening, this is for you.

The Vibe

• Think radio promo energy, not hard selling

• You’ll be based in visible locations around Wanaka and Queenstown

• People come to you for info, discounts, spot prizes or just a yarn

• You help create buzz, FOMO and excitement around Rhythm & Alps

• You’ll also capture fun, authentic social content while you’re out and about

What You’ll Be Doing

• Representing Rhythm & Alps in town with the street team

• Answering basic festival questions and sharing ticket info

• Giving out freebies, prizes or discount codes

• Helping run small promo activations

• Creating casual social content (phone content is totally fine)

• Being a friendly, positive face for the festival

This Is a Good Fit If You:

• Are confident talking to people

• Love music, festivals and social environments

• Bring good energy and reliability

• Are comfortable being visible and approachable

• Have promo or customer-facing experience (helpful, not essential)

• Dates: approx. 26–29 December (With one role from Dec 21)

• Location: Wanaka & Queenstown

• Hours: around 20 hours
