Everything You Need To Know
Build your perfect R&A. It all starts with your festival ticket - your key to two days of music, mountains and midnight magic. From there, add camping to stay close to the action, upgrade to glamping or UFK for extra comfort, or level up with VIP. Every add-on stacks to create your ultimate New Year’s adventure in the valley.
Festival Entry
General Admission (GA)
GA is your base ticket - it’s what gets you through the gate. Everyone coming to R&A needs to buy a GA Ticket.
- 2-Day GA: Entry on 30 + 31 December. Our most popular ticket.
- Single Day GA: Entry for 30 or 31 December only.
👉 Add-ons like camping, VIP, and premium upgrades can only be added once you have a GA ticket.
Camping Tickets
Camping Add-Ons
If you are planning on camping at R&A you will need to have a GA ticket first & then add a camping ticket.
- 3-Day Camping + Campers’ Night (Premium Camp Zone)
Three nights (29–31 Dec) + access to the festival on 29 Dec for Campers’ Night. You'll be located in the premium camp zone, close to the camp village, with a chillout zone, phone charging facilites, private showers and bathrooms.
Must be purchased with a 2-Day GA ticket -
2-Day Camping
Two nights (30–31 Dec).
Must be purchased with a 2-Day GA ticket. -
Single Day Camping (31 Dec only)
One night (31 Dec).
Must be purchased with a Single Day GA ticket.
Camping Upgrades
If you don't have a tent, can't be bothered putting one up, have a campervan or are just looking for a little more luxury.... you can add any of our camping upgrades to your camping ticket.

How it Works
- Everyone needs to purchase a GA Ticket. This gets you into the festival.
- Everyone camping needs to purchase their own individual camping pass.
You only need one premium add-on per group/vehicle (e.g. one Campervan Pass for everyone in the van).
Some upgrades require stacking:
Premium camping upgrades (Glamping, UFK, Pre-Pitched Tents, Campervans) must be purchased with a 2-Day GA + a 2- or 3-Day Camping add-on.
👉 Example: Two people camping for three days in a campervan would need:
- 2 × 2-Day GA tickets
- 2 × 3-Day Camping add-ons
- 1 × Campervan Pass

NOW YOU CAN EXCHANGE/UPGRADE YOUR TICKET – AND ONLY PAY THE DIFFERENCE!
- Log in to your Flicket account.
- Go to My Tickets → Select the ticket you wish to Exchange/Upgrade.
- Along the bottom click Exchange tickets
- Select your new ticket and complete the purchase process, you will only pay the difference + any relevant fees.

Transport to R&A can be booked through Yello! - we recommend booking your seats early.
- Easy transport from Queenstown, Wānaka and beyond.
- Affordable, sustainable, and basically a moving pre-party.
