Wrist Band refunds
Refunds are open from the 6th of Jan at 5PM till the 31st of Jan.
Leftover funds?
If you claimed your ticket barcode to topup before the event and selected “autocashout”, your funds will be automatically transferred back into your account within 14 days.
Didn’t select autocashout? No worries. You can manually cash out at any time.
Here’s how:
Head to https://rhythmandalps.howler.co.za/events/rhythm-and-alps-2023-7b46
or find your wristband at https://rhythmandalps.howler.events/cashless_tags. Log in or sign up using the same email address that you topped up with.Hit “cashout.”
Link your wristband or simply choose the one already paired. Enter the number on your wristband to pair it with your account. *If you claimed your ticket barcode before the event to topup, your wristband should already appear in your account.
Bank details, please! Fill out your bank details to receive your funds. EFT cashouts can take up to 14 days to reflect in your bank account.
